We provide educational services for EQE candidates, including online tutoring, digital study materials, mock examinations and community meetups. Specific service descriptions, prices, schedules and access periods are communicated to customers before purchase.

3. Digital materials

Digital materials are provided for the customer's personal educational use. Customers must not resell, redistribute, publicly share, reproduce or commercially exploit our materials without our prior written permission.

4. Tutoring and events

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information needed to arrange tutoring or participation in an event. We may reasonably change a schedule or format when necessary and will communicate material changes to affected customers.

5. Payments

Prices and applicable transaction currency are shown or communicated before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees must be paid in full before access to a paid service or digital material is provided.

Our website, original educational materials, videos, documents, text and branding are owned by or licensed to EQE School LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Our services are educational and preparatory in nature. We do not guarantee a particular examination result, score or outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EQE School is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our educational services or materials. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
